Galvez Impicciatori

Ledda Monica Galvez Impicciatori, is a Peruvian artist, creator and founder of Wawas. She has personally been in charge of training each of the artisans who are part of the organization for the last 20 years.

Thanks to his permanent contact with artists, artisans and designers, he has learned to perfectly combine beauty with marketing to create high quality handicrafts.

Warranty and Returns

At WAWAS PERU we strive to provide the best service to our customers. Therefore, if you have any problem with your order, you can contact us through our email ventas@wawasperu.com

Warranty

If the product did not arrive or arrived in poor condition, we promise to return your money. Once the reason for the return has been verified, the amount paid for the products will be refunded, the time for the refund of the money is 5 business days or whatever the financial system demands in its terms and conditions. In case of being a wrong product, the correct product will be sent.

Returns

In case you receive a wrong product or in poor condition, you can return it and the shipping costs will be borne by us. Being delicate, handmade or paper items, we do not make returns. Any additional questions you can write to: sales@wawasperu.com

Shipments

WAWAS PERÚ sends its products throughout Peru, contracting the services of OLVA Courier, a reliable company with extensive experience in the field of freight transport, which guarantees that your purchase will be properly protected until it reaches your hands.

The normal shipping cost goes from S/.9 – 20 soles in Lima, it varies for provinces. For weight and volume restrictions see table. No shipments are made on Sundays or holidays.
